A good cause

I just found out about a new piece of legislation that is in the works and will take effect Feb 10, 2010. It's called the CPSI Act (Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act) and will require extensive testing for toxins and safety on any toy or product made for children. Individuals will have to invest $$$ to a third party individual for testing, just to prove that their product is safe to sell. I know that we all want safe products for our children, but this isn't the way to do it.
